Divergent Coaching is our specialist coaching pathway for ADHD, autism and neurodivergent lives.
We offer two main types of support:
Live 1:1 Coaching
Our 1:1 coaching is delivered by an accredited CBT therapist with experience and understanding of neurodivergence.
Sessions are practical, collaborative and focused on real life. They can support areas such as organisation, routines, emotional regulation, confidence, communication, overwhelm, task initiation and everyday functioning.
Online Self-guided Coaching Platform
We also offer a fully online coaching platform that people can work through at their own pace.
The platform currently includes ADHD coaching and parent-focused support, with autism coaching coming soon. It will continue to grow over time, with new courses, tools and resources added periodically.
How it has been developed
The Divergent Coaching curriculum has been carefully developed by a multidisciplinary team. It draws on clinical psychology, CBT-informed practice, education, speech and language therapy, mental health, neurodevelopmental assessment and lived experience.
This means the content is not just general advice. It has been built from what we see in real assessment and coaching work, and from a clear understanding of how neurodivergence shows up in everyday life.
Our approach
Our approach is practical, neuroaffirming and evidence-informed. We are not trying to “fix” people. We help people understand their profile, reduce overwhelm, build confidence, and develop strategies that actually fit their life.
Who it is for
Divergent Coaching can support adults with ADHD or autism, parents of neurodivergent children, people who have recently received a diagnosis, or people who are waiting for assessment and want practical support now.
